Professional mentors are sought out through our HR Department, whose responsibility it is to make sure that each subsection of the Colosoul Group is getting the right mentors for ongoing professional guidance.

The sourcing of mentors is an area we are looking to improve in over the coming 6 months, by improving our corporate branding and business connections through events, by more directly approaching business professionals to become involved, and by making sure information for potential mentors is available.
L.I.C.K.: For 18-25 year olds who are wanting to build up their portfolios and expand their skills development through hands-on practical experience.
G.A.P.: For 13-17 year olds who don’t cope within the normal education system and are needing one-on-one mentoring. This guidance and support is designed to help them decide what they might like to do and gives them the opportunity to explore their creativity in a positive environment.
MOORDIJTI PROGRAM: A sub program of G.A.P focused on empowerment of Indigenous Youth and reconciliation. The program is tailored for each individual and facilitated by the embracement of the Whadjuk Nyoongar culture and language.
